Dr. Dean Vukanović
Dr. Dean Vukanović was born in 1970. He obtained his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rijeka, Croatia, in 1995. As he started his work as a doctor of dental medicine, he realized the focus of his professional interest lay in the field of implantology and aesthetic dentistry, and he started pursuing intensive specialistic courses in these fields, both in Croatia and abroad. The world renowned ‘masters of smile’ Mauro Fradeiani, Cristian Coachman, Paulo Kano, Galip Gürel, Paul Malo, Marcelo Calamita, Iñaki Gamborena, Andrea Ricci are just some of the experts from which Dr Vukanović had the pleasure to acquire knowledge at the numerous courses he attended in the course of all these years of continued education. In 2020 dr. Vukanović successfully completed a specialist course at the University Medical Center Hamburg – Eppendorf (UKE) obtaining the title of Dental Regeneration Specialist.
In 2001 Dr Dean Vukanović opened his own clinic, which he has been successfully managing to this day. We pride ourselves of being one of the few Croatian clinics recommended by Nobel Biocare – the absolute work leader in the field of implants. Dr. Vukanović is licenced to work with a number of implant systems (Nobel Biocare, Astra Tech and AlphaBio-Tec), and is also one of the very few Croatian doctors who is a certified Digital Smile Team member. He is fluent in English and Italian, as are all other members of the Dental Vukanović Team.
